The company was founded in

December 2007, with the primary vision of becoming a leader in infrastructure development.  Currently, the company is associated with the Indian Railways for construction of bridges.

Satva was commissioned by the Indian Railways for laying of a new broad gauge (BG) line from Yerraguntla to Nandyal in Andhra Pradesh. This was the first project undertaken by the company after venturing into the field of civil infrastructure. Upcoming projects will include bridge construction and earthwork in the same geographic area.

The Infrastructure Division of Satva will continue to be involved in construction activities, a field which has great potential for growth in India. Further, the company is aware of the need for renewable energy in today’s environment. Considering the tremendous solar potential, Satva aims to be an environmentally responsible company and believes that Solar Power Generation is a step in the right direction.

Satva intends to prove itself as a leader in this industry and hopes to diversify its portfolio to include promising ventures that bridge today with tomorrow.

Mr. Krishna Murthy has been the Chairman and Managing Director of Satva Infratech Pvt. Ltd since its inception in 2007. He started the company with the vision of streamlining the construction process in India and incorporating environment friendly methods into the industry. He believes that successful business practice involves the commitment to deliver a quality product and service that leaves a lasting impression. Mr. Krishna Murthy has been in the construction industry for the past 15 years in residential and commercial projects at Sri Aditya Homes and Dwelwell Engineering Pvt. Ltd. He is also the Managing Director of Scottlabs Pvt. Ltd., a company that manufactures animal nutrition products and feed additives with an annual turnover of Rs. 5 cr. Mr. Krishna Murthy grew up in Tirupathi, Andhra Pradesh, and was the first in his family to venture out of the city in search of satisfaction and growth in his career.

Mr. Krishnam Raju spent 7 years in the Middle East, working with various businesses before moving back to India. With the knowledge and experience he gained from his stint abroad, he started Lakshmi Fish Feeds and Medicals which was into trading, importing and exporting fish feeds, supplements and medicines. It is now a company which does an annual turnover of Rs. 9 cr. Apart from this, as the District Chairman for the Lions Club International, he has been actively involved in several social welfare activities in the coastal districts of Andhra Pradesh. He believes Health and Education are of utmost importance, especially in rural India.

Mohan is the Director of Operations at Satva Infra. He is a qualified Mechanical Engineer with a Master's Degree from the University of Michigan. He has prior work experience in Materials and Product Design at a leading mobile technology company in Chicago. Since his return from the United States, he has been associated proactively with the on-site construction activities at Satva. His interests lie in green infrastructure development and renewable energy generation.

Mr. Satyanarayana is a Chartered Accountant with 14 years of diversified exposure in Finance, Information Technology, Manufacturing, Poultry, Imports & Exports and Infrastructure. He started his career as an auditor working in core finance, accounting, auditing and taxation matters and then he switched his career to Information Technology. As an IT professional, he worked for world renowned IT organizations and worked on multiple engagements spread across major geographies in the globe. During his stint as IT Manager, he managed and delivered complex projects. Later he joined Moti Poultry Developers as Director and gradually ventured into Infrastructure and Exports business.
